Service terms
Proof Binders organizes customer-provided records into a clear evidence packet. Scope, source materials, delivery format, and timing are confirmed before work begins. You remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your records.
Refunds & cancellation
If you need to cancel, contact Proof Binders as soon as possible. Work not yet started may be eligible for cancellation. Completed organization work and work already underway may not be refundable; any resolution is reviewed against the confirmed scope.
Expected turnaround
Most complete packets are delivered within 3–5 business days after all agreed materials are received. Complex or incomplete records may require a revised estimate before work continues.
